Billie is amazing to work with! I contacted her when I was ready to purchase, and she was immediately searching for any houses that might be of interest to me. She went out of her way to arrange times, even after hours, for us to look at houses. Billie made the whole experience wonderful. She's incredibly thorough and looks at everything in great detail to determine if there might be possible issues to address. I highly recommend her!!!

Our house buying journey was last minute and quiet an adventure. We initially found a house and after a few mishaps, realized that wasn't the house for us. My husband and I both had our 'wants' and Billie did all that she could to help us find a home that had everything we wanted. We looked at house after house and were close to giving up. Billie notifies us of a house that had just been listed not even 2 hours prior that she KNEW we would love (even with no picture on the listing). Once I asked her to schedule an appointment, she mentioned that she already had it scheduled... to me, that really meant that she understood what we really wanted! We made an offer on the house that night and now we are living in our DREAM home, our forever home. This is all thanks to Billie, her consistency, determination, and motivation to help her clients. We would not recommend anyone else if you were trying to buy or sell a home! She is top notch and knows exactly what she is doing!

Billie was WONDERFUL to work with! We stumbled across a property that she had listed and since we were interested, she offered to help us list and sale our house (it was a spur of the moment decision to sale, honestly!). Her experience and expertise showed! She was right on target with what our house was worth! We are so thankful that our paths crossed with her and if we ever decide to sale our new home, she will be our go to person again, guaranteed!

Have used Billie before 6 times now I think. She gets my smart mouth personality and gives back as good as she gets. That's what I like someone with a sense of humor. This time was the worst for me and she was great. I even asked her should I lie and say she was great on this survey lol she just said sure she is a wonderful kind human being . She put up with me with patience and kindNess and a great personality. Heather Meredith took over while Billie was on yet another vacation (lmbo) and she was amazing. Having never had to deal with someone using government loan I was not prepared for all the delays Heather put up with my smart mouth and crying and was so patient, kind and understanding I would recommend her to anyone. Billie could not have chosen anyone better who got my smart mouthy deadpan personality. She just got me pun for pun. Thank you for your patience and kindness and understanding Heather as they said back in the day you areally the bomb !!! I was supposed to lie right billie!!!! Now seriously billie is awesome

I purchased this property sight unseen , I only had the pictures from the listing to go buy. My wife and I live in Alaska making that trip to look at the house was just not possible at the time. My wife and I really liked what we could see from the pictures. Then Billie Guthrie came into our life, I knew while talking with Billie she was the right agent for me. Billie Guthrie made this whole process seamless of our purchase of our new home in beautiful Johnson Tennessee. Because we could not physically be there Billie was my eyes she took the time to visit the property called me during her inspection of the inside and outside of the home and property. Billie verified the home and property was very much what the pictures showed. Billie Guthrie put me in touch with all the rite people from our mortgage company to our home insurance company. Billie never missed a beat she was always on top of everything. I work away from home and away for two weeks a month much of the purchase of our new home had to be done while I was at work Billie Guthrie kept me up to date every step of the way. My wife and I will be heading to our new home in Tennessee soon we are both excited to finally meet Billie Guthrie in person and thank her for her for all her hard work in helping us get our dream home.
