Buyer reviewDue to the market, we as the buyers did most of the upfront research and identified what homes to view. Once we identified homes we wanted to look at BJ respoded quickly and set up viewing appointments. Once we identified a home we wanted to offer she helped to recommend a reasonable offer and negotiate the sale. During the closing BJ and title company were prepared and the process went very smooth. Her straightforward answers and clear tactics for selling our home worked out better than we could ever have expected. BJ was always available for any questions we had about timelines or paperwork. She also facilitated the whole transaction as we were in a neighboring state and never had to travel back to Pennsylvania. BJ's extensive knowledge and understanding made the whole transaction worry free. I would never consider using another agent after dealing with BJ.
