Hello everyone! My name is Bob Dean, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. A bit about me: I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, the youngest of six children. I have been in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years in all, arriving in the early 1980's. I was fortunate to find my way to Clearwater Beach and fell in love with the area. I have owned and managed several businesses that you may have patronized. I serve the entire Tampa Bay area and specialize in the Pinellas County Beach area- Clearwater, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Seminole, Largo and Dunedin, along the coastal waterway near where I reside. Another condo resident and friend HIGHLY recommended Bob to get my condo sold.I am so pleased I chose Bob to sell the condo. Bob went well above and beyond in providing help and resources for everything I needed to get furniture and unwanted items removed and an excellent reference for electrical work. I could not have accomplished what was needed without his help and resources. I have never had a realtor provide the constant help Bob provided for everything I needed to get so much accomplished in such a short amount of time. Bob's resources and extra help were truly invaluable. Bob knows the market of the condos at Penthouse Groves like no other. He was spot on with the listing price and the condo sold for list.

Buyer reviewFrom the first time we spoke to Bob Dean, we had the feeling that we've known him for years. Bob is a man you can reach out to for help any time of day. He's always there when you need him- never too busy to talk or give advice. He's the kind of guy that will make you laugh when you're feeling overwhelmed. Our situation was unique to say the least. First time home buyers from out of state (with complex work histories) trying to buy a home occupied by stubborn tenants... just to name a few. Despite the various obstacles, Bob made it happen for us. On top of that, he kept us calm and positive throughout the entire process. We don't believe a less experienced agent could have handled it and got us into our home.
