Hello everyone! My name is Bob Dean, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. A bit about me: I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, the youngest of six children. I have been in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years in all, arriving in the early 1980's. I was fortunate to find my way to Clearwater Beach and fell in love with the area. I have owned and managed several businesses that you may have patronized. I serve the entire Tampa Bay area and specialize in the Pinellas County Beach area- Clearwater, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Seminole, Largo and Dunedin, along the coastal waterway near where I reside. Buyer reviewJohn e-mailed a number of brokers and Bob Dean responded immediately. He was the only broker to do so. It inspired confidence in us that he cared about customer service and he did not disappoint. Bob absolutely nailed it in terms of both the house and the location. We spent more than we initially anticipated, but don't regret it for a moment. Bob showed us what was available in a good location for the amount we wanted to spend and the two were clearly incompatible. Location was far more important to us and Bob recognized that. He's going to close up our house for us when the current owner leaves, will check on the house periodically and he's going to hold an open house for us when we get back - that is unbelievable, and almost unheard of, service. He set up the inspections for us and set us up with an insurance company. The whole process was completely seamless. We cannot say enough good things about Bob and have already been recommending him to other Canadians who are interested in buying in Florida. I don't know what I can say that I haven't already said. Bob is the bomb.
