Hello everyone! My name is Bob Dean, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. A bit about me: I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, the youngest of six children. I have been in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years in all, arriving in the early 1980's. I was fortunate to find my way to Clearwater Beach and fell in love with the area. I have owned and managed several businesses that you may have patronized. I serve the entire Tampa Bay area and specialize in the Pinellas County Beach area- Clearwater, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Seminole, Largo and Dunedin, along the coastal waterway near where I reside. Buyer reviewBob was tireless in his support of us. He presented many properties for us to look at. This was doubly important because we live in Michigan and had just a short trip to the area to review the properties. As it turns out one of the first properties was the winner. Bob didn't let up after our selection and susiquent offer on the home. When it was accepted he helped us decide the best time to come down and review the other properties to ensure we were working from a complete knowledge base of what was available. Bob kept us informed of all actions including assistance with scheduling the home and termite inspectionso he also gave us a contact for homeowners insurance who was the runner up but again not being from the area was a great start in our search for this service. Bob was just an awesome help right up to and thru the closing. He and his associate Randy were a true joy to work with during the entire process!
