However, Bob Johns' steadiness will help you navigate through the process without becoming overwhelmed. Bob Johns helped advise us on the purchase price of the homes that we considered by providing us with purchase prices of comparable homes in the area. This gave us information as to what the true market value of the homes were that we were considering. When Bob Johns is your agent you will be dealing with him.
