I had a good idea of what I wanted but was looking for someone with the experience, quality, class and above all the honesty to give me their opinion on things I had no idea about. Bob Johns was that someone and more. My wife and I felt comfortable and at ease day one to open up and share what we were looking for day one with bob due to his genuine care. He educated me every day I met him which made me eager to meet him every single time. There were rough patches with other matters but Bob handled them with class and negotiated certain terms I never thought were possible. When needed, he provided me with valuable advise on when to do things and who to use. Even when the other team screwed up, he managed to fix their problems, which kept me calm. I felt Bob was me and did things that would make me happy. I really appreciate his help in this process and wouldn't do it any other way without him. Seller reviewBob Johns sold us our home eight years ago. His wilingness to have a satisfied buyer, even though he was representing the seller, spoke volumes to us. So, when it was time for us to be the sellers, Bob was our first and only choice. He epitomizes professionalism, while still being approachable, understanding, and extremely ethical. I'm a cautious person, but felt completely secure knowing that Bob was representing us throughout the entire (sometimes tumultuous) selling process.
