She was able to explain everything to me clearly, concisely, and in a way that I (as someone with little real estate knowledge) could understand it. I had some very strict time lines I had to remain in due to outside circumstances, and Brandy was able to help me meet that timeline with plenty of time to spare as well. Brandy was also very accessible and understanding of my work schedule and was willing to help me out in whatever way she could every step of the way.

We hit a few bumps (not due to Brandy) and she did everything she could to make sure the sale of our home went smoothly and that we would close on time. Even since we have moved we had issues with mail forwarding and she has been helping us with retrieving our mail from the new owners. She was timely, communicated well and provided us with great service. Would use Brandy again if in the area. We thank her for her commitment to our satisfactory result.
