Buyer reviewBrandy made buying a house such an easy and fun activity I was new to home buying, and she was professional and nice! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. Brandy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand (specifically to me that English is not my first language)from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. This made it really easy. She always spoke really honest and looked for the best for me.

Her marketing technique and plan when listing our home was very thorough and she went above and beyond to make sure we were always in the loop and that everything made sense. She had our home under contract within 2 days and well over asking price! She also made sure to always keep us updated on anything that took place like the appraisal, closing date, etc. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!
