Calile is a superior agent in all aspects. To help a family purchase a new home 2800 miles from where they currently are is a daunting task in and of itself. Add being in the middle of a pandemic and we have a situation that would seem near impossible and certainly at best stressful and overwhelming. Calile made the entire process easy. Near stress free. I'm not over stating that. It's amazing to say her Zoom home/neighborhood tours were spot on. Her commentary was intelligent, professional and of the utmost value to us, as we were not there in person. She always counseled us about each property we looked at with reason and expectations of the current market conditions. She was instantly ready to help us get all our inspections done in a timely manner. Working wonderfully with the selling agent to assist us in whatever we needed as buyers. Calile DeThomas is the gold standard for how you hope your relationship will be with your real estate agent. Calile is a very pleasant and kind person, who is very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I personally liked and respected that she was not timid or shied away from us under bidding on the home of our dreams (and us getting it). Because she understands the market she knew where this could apply and where we would not get away with that. That was really important negotiation knowledge because it allowed us to purchase something more than our budget allowed into something our budget could absorb. We believe Calile is the best agent. Hands down. We have immense gratitude and respect for her. She is the ONLY agent we will refer while living in North Carolina.

She was always so attentive. When ever I need her help she was always gracious and pleasant to deal with. We had complete faith in her to sell our home and she helped with finding our forever home! I have never worked with someone so knowledgeable in this field! I would work with her again! I would most certainly tell anyone I met that needed an agent about her!

We met her when we inquired about a property she had listed. We were not working with an agent and just doing some looking on our own. She was very nice and genuinely seemed to care about what we were looking for. We really liked her so when COVID calmed down a bit and we decided to look seriously, we called her. I cannot find enough words to share what a positive experience I had with Calile. She's everything you would want and expect from an agent. She's 100% invested in her desire to find the right home for her clients. She's very savvy with social media, networking and uses many tools to construct appropriate searches for her clients. I've been looking for a year and have been VERY picky. She's been VERY patient with me and we worked together until I found the home that suits me the best. She's also just a very nice and positive person to be around.
