We were new to this process and a little nervous about that so we were entering this relationship very critical. Carlie was engaging, honest, dedicated, confident, understood market trends and was able to explain and exhibit those changes to us. She had a plan every step of the way and when the market slowed on us she was able to adjust that plan in our best interest while building our confidence. She did nothing to mislead us. Her patience was motherly. We always felt we were in good hands. She represented your company with professionalism, competence, dedication. She understood what most companies do not, customer service. You should be proud of her hire.

I gave Carlie two referrals because I wanted my friends to deal with the best and that is Carlie Malay Carlie was completely honest and a very positive influence when challenges arose. I had a different realtor when I started my home search, he was slow to respond, so I changed to Carlie Malay, That was a great move on my part because I would not be in my new home if Carlie Malay was not my realtor, We faced challenges from the lender and Carlie stayed on them to make the deal happen. All I can say is Carlie Malay is a fighter for her clients and will give 100 percent 7 days a week to make their home buying dreams come true. She think was very informative and kept us updated as much as we wanted her too. She even used her own items to stage our home for us as we had already moved things out.
