Carole was thorough, diligent, responsive, and on top of every contract, inspection, and contact with our bank and title company. Carole has gone above and beyond our expectations be sending us videos and updates of our home throughout the process. She recorded home inspections when we could not be present. She negotiated our contracts firmly, fairly, and quickly. She was a strong advocate when our bank was unresponsive and made errors on our escrow contract. She has bent over backwards to help us and, through her attention to detail, she kept us from making a big mistake in the purchase of the home we originally thought we wanted. That original home was not well suited for us, although we didn't recognize that at first. Luckily, that purchase didn't work out. Carole assured us we would find a home that was a better match for us. She was right! We just closed last week and are very happy with our new home.
