We could not have asked for a better agent! Carole was outstanding! As first time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns, but Carole was phenomenal! She helped us through every step of the process and gave us confidence in purchasing a home. She was knowledgeable, informative, charismatic, and made us very comfortable every step of the way. She communicated regularly, responded quickly to correspondence, kept her word, and had no problems having tough conversations with the listing agent, the lenders, or the inspectors. This is my second transaction with Carole in Stafford. She was my broker when I purchased this home and also when I sold it. In this transaction, as in the last, she went above and beyond throughout the selling process. She was steadfast in the negotiation process for the sell price and monitored all contractual obligations. I had to move out of state prior to the actual closing date and Carole stepped in the make sure the unfinished home inspection items were taken care of, making sure to send pictures and proof of work completion to the buyer's agent. When the appraisal fell a little short, she was a master of negotiations to address the gap. In addition, Carole stayed on top of the Title Company to ensure timely mailing of documents was completed and continued to monitor the closing process up until the day of signing. I felt completely taken care of, even 700 miles away. Carole was professional, personal, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable of both the selling and buying process and willing to followed through on every aspect of the transaction, all the while helping me calm, as I tend to be a bit high stress in nature. Carole was in contact with us throughout the entire home building process. We were new home owners and really had no idea how to Go about building a home. Carole insisted on being present with us every step of the way. She at with us at the initial talks and made our concerns her concerns. We were dazzled by the new home, but she remained objective and called out our project manager on every reasonable flaw that she saw. Our project manager, who was a wonderful guy, took note of all her critiques and made sure that they were corrected. Doing it after closing would've been a giant debacle.
