Buyer reviewI saw a house I was interested in on Trulia, and I called the number listed. Carolina answered the call and I was impressed with her immediately. She was willing to show me the house at my convenience and suggested some other homes that I may like. Since I was still living overseas it was not just an easy sale. Carolina helped me a great deal with the closing, as I was unable to close "in person". She took care of all the paper work and had me electronically sign for the sale. She even took me to the bank to so that I could get an account set up here in the US in my name. She also handled the deposit that I put for the property. Listed above are all the terms I would use to describe Carolina. I could not have found a better sales agent than her. We will be friends for many years. My overall experience working with Carolina was a pleasure. She is knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, humorous and a great person. I wish I needed to buy another house just so I could keep working with her!!
