Carolina Kaley was a pleasure to work with through the process of looking for a house and impressed me with the way she thought about aspects I had not thought about with each location. Come time for closing, there were a lot of issues that came up through the side of the broker (not through Century 21) that resulted in the closing falling through due to her not being ready at the time that had been promised to the builder, with the builder very frustrated and saying a new contract needed to be completed. I had already broken my lease with my apartment and had moved the majority of my belongings out when this happened and I was devastated and overwhelmed at thinking what would happen. Carolina Kaley spent, I'm sure, hours speaking with the builder and got the deal back so that we were able to close the following day. I am a single mother to two-year-old son and no family in Orlando where I live and work. I do not know what I would have done if we had to restart with a new contract and will always be grateful to Carolina for working her magic and getting my son and me moved into our new house right away! Thank you Carolina!!

Carolina was amazing to work with! It was a blessing to find her. Her knowledge of the area was exactly what we needed being fairly new to the area. Carolina was great. She helped me with the process from start to finish. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and explained every step throughout the process.
