Buyer reviewCathy was wonderful. We first met with Cathy in June 2015. At the time we were not committed to purchasing in the Canadian Lakes area. Based on our meeting with Cathy and her taking us to different homes we settled on moving to Canadian Lakes. We met with her again in September 2015 to view available homes. We finally sold our homes in Chicago area in fall 2015 and met with Cathy in December. Over the three trips she met with us over 1/2 dozen days and took us to dozens of homes. She was very patient with us the whole time. At no time did we feel pressured by her. We highly recommend her.

Seller reviewOther than the initial interview, this was a long-distance relationship between me and Cathy. She was extremely helpful in all aspects of getting the house ready for the market and then, getting it on the market and in front of interested buyers. I'm not sure which adjective above would describe her strongest asset. She excelled at all of them. I appreciated how patient, understanding and respectful she was under all circumstances. And I trusted her completely, I've bought and sold many properties in many states through many real estate brokers; Cathy stands out as the best. I know this sounds like a lot of hype, but it is absolutely true. This was a difficult situation with a lot of twists and turns along the way. Cathy stayed the course and brought us all to a satisfactory conclusion.
