Cathy was top rate from the first time we talked on the phone. She was interested in our needs and desires. She set up a large number properties for us and as we looked at houses she quickly began to know our style. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave great suggestions not only for entertainment, but also retail, etc. She was also very committed to us and incredibly detail oriented and would never let us get into a bad deal or home. She kept in constant contact with us and was always there if we had questions or needed advice. Cathy was caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and made us feel like her number one priority!! Our satisfaction was her only goal. I know that I can still ask for her help after the sale and she would do her best to give suggestions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She is one of a kind!!

I was exchanging a rental property in Colorado for one in Florida and my realtor in Colorado recommended Cathy. I worked with one other realtor in another city but she was the only one we talked to in Fort Myers, once we made the decision to buy there. Because we are out of state Cathy took care of details that were above and beyond what would normally be required. She made contacts and arrangements for us relative to the closing in addition to all of the work she put in to the sale. We looked at several new homes and she went to the sites and took pictures and provided input, knowing what my concerns were, in addition to issues I had not thought of myself. Everything about our dealings was professional. If I could give her additional kudos for patience I would because our requirements changed several times as we looked at houses. She was responsive any time I had questions or concerns. She understood what I was looking for enough that if my husband had been willing I would have let her pick out the house. She researched the requirements for my 1031 exchange and worked with everyone involved in the process. We made several trips to Fort Myers and she planned our schedule so that our time was utilized amazingly well. I couldn't believe how many properties she took us to in the time we had available. Cathy knew the positives and negatives of the different communities and areas which was extremely helpful.

I would highly recommend Cathy Canelli to anyone purchasing or selling a home! She has an incredible eye for detail, knows the area very well and ALWAYS follows through on everything!
