Chris Toulouse noticed my search for a house while he was on vacation. It was around 1:00 am. Through text he let me know he saw my searches. We made a date and time for next day. Through the whole house buying process he was always available to answer our questions. Was never agitated when he had to explain a process 2nd or 3rd time. He is a delightful and compassionate person. He has integrity.
