My name is Chris Toulouse and I am eager to represent you as your agent. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration: Marketing from Lake Superior State University and am a member of the Delta Mu Delta fraternity. I achieved this degree not only as a way to better myself, but to also show my children that anything you want in life can be earned if you work hard.
I have lived here in Sault Ste. Marie for more than 20 years now, where my wife and I have raised our daughter and two sons. Over the years we loved taking our children on "mini vacations" all over the Upper Peninsula, giving me an opportunity to get to know the U.P. quite well. Since my daughter has started her own family now, I now spend a lot of my leisure time with my granddaughter either going to the park or taking her out on lunch dates.

Buyer reviewWe had looked at property with a broker from another company one time and she was pushy and told us if it was in our price range and we saw it and she didn't bring it to our attention that we needed to trust her and not even look at the house. I am sorry but I want to make those decisions for myself. She also wanted proof of income availability right away before she would even book a showing for us. These things prompted us to call around for another agent, this is how we came across Chris and we are so glad we did!! Chris was great to work with! He really listened to our wants and needs. He was always prompt with any correspondence and kept us in the loop about everything along the way. He was a pleasure and we would seek him out and hire him again!

Chris took every negative experience and turned it into a positive by going above and beyond to do what was necessary to make my house buying transaction successful. I have a very busy, full time work schedule and was working on getting a house during the holiday season. Chris was willing to call, email, text and even come visit me at work to keep quick and clear communication every step of the way. He was even willing to meet after house to see houses and deal with paperwork. I couldn't imagine using anyone but Chris!
