Seller reviewChristine Matheny knew the market, priced the house to sell, and sold it within days. She also agreed to handle the closing for us which allowed us to make an earlier than expected move to North Carolina to begin looking for a new home. We felt very comfortable with Christine managing the sale and closing for us because of her knowledge and level of expertise. We would not hesitate to recommend Christine to our fiends and family should the need arise.

Seller reviewFrom my first meeting with Christine it was relaxing & informal, but orgainized. She listened carefully to my need and concerns of selling my Sister's home. I was overwhelmed with all that was happening since my sister passed away. Christine was caring, considerate, and very helpful in my understanding the legal parts of selling a home. She was there for me from start to finish. She always let me know my options and gave me plenty of time to think things over with my brother as Co-representatives of the estate. She made sure the process of him residing in Oregon and me in Idaho to run as smoothly as possible. Her coordination with the buyer, title company and us was very organized. I wanted to sell the home before winter came and Christine was a hugh part in making that happen. I would recommend Christine as a realtor to anyone. When my husband and I decide to sell our home of 51 years, Christine will be the first one I call. My family and I truly appreciate how smooth the sale of my Sister's home went in such a short period of time. Thank you! again Christine. Buyer reviewChristine made it extremely easy to purchase the house. The financial aspect was all online and very simple, she recommended an inspector that did an excellent job that resulted in them accepting a offer 25 below list. I had a lot of questions and she would reply very quickly, she had a wealth of knowledge about the area which helped to weed out the houses with unsafe foundations and building practices before we had anything inspected formally. I had never negotiated on a house before, but she made it easy, I would tell her an offer and she would write it up and all I had to do was sign, overall the purchase was very easy and I would do it again because she was extremely thorough, the signing was straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I was able to get everything I wanted in a house at the price I wanted, I wasn't pressured into buying so i could wait until the right house came up. I work unpredictable hours but she was able to work around my schedule.
