Buyer reviewChristine made it extremely easy to purchase the house. The financial aspect was all online and very simple, she recommended an inspector that did an excellent job that resulted in them accepting a offer 25 below list. I had a lot of questions and she would reply very quickly, she had a wealth of knowledge about the area which helped to weed out the houses with unsafe foundations and building practices before we had anything inspected formally. I had never negotiated on a house before, but she made it easy, I would tell her an offer and she would write it up and all I had to do was sign, overall the purchase was very easy and I would do it again because she was extremely thorough, the signing was straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I was able to get everything I wanted in a house at the price I wanted, I wasn't pressured into buying so i could wait until the right house came up. I work unpredictable hours but she was able to work around my schedule.

Seller reviewI've known Christine for over a year, and I knew she was the right choice when I decided to sell my home at Oak Crest. She is very knowledgeable and has a feel for the neighborhood being that she is also a resident. When I first met with Christine over the sale of my home, I felt very confident that everything was going to move in the right direction. my home sold very quickly. Christine was very helpful and communicated very well all along the way in all through the process. She explained everything that made it easy to understand and I was confident that I was being well taken care of. Overall, Christine was the best choice and I couldn't of done any better with anyone else. I would highly recommend Christine which I have done so for other neighbors that have asked.
