I was a teacher for over 30 years so I kinow the value of effective communication. Chris a former teacher himself made sure I was well informed of the process especially on what to expect next. I worked in the Hospitality Event business with Chris for almost 20 years. He excelled at making customers happy, especially in a business setting. I that has really helped him become a great realtor. Kathy at the front desk was always pleasant and accommodating. Considering we were under contract in less than 24 hours and Chris showed my condo a few times on the fourth of July, I was impressed. When he told me what the offer was, I was blown away. My condo sold for the highest price ever. Chris suggested we be aggressive and it paid off.
