My goal at that time was to get out of a very bad mortgage which I was having a hard time to cover, plus due to a medical issue, I was having difficulty climbing the steps to my second floor. When you hire Chris as your realtor he takes a personal interest in your needs and really works hard to get you the best possible outcome. After moving in with family, I was unsure I would never own a property again and be forced to rent as my situation was unique. Over the past 7 months Chris kept looking for the perfect house for me and my husband. Within three days our offer was accepted for a single level 2 bedroom which was bigger than the condo I sold. Chris Perrotti worked diligently to find us houses to look at in our price rage. Chris was always quick to respond to texts and emails, and there were MANY. This was our first time buying a house and he helped us understand everything along the way. After a couple stressful weeks of going open houses that were already in bidding wars, Chris insisted we look at a house he felt would be perfect for us. It had only been on the market 4 days. The house was outdated on the inside and I really wasn't interested; we begrudging went to look at that house. Only a few steps in the door and I knew that it was OUR house.
