Buyer reviewCindy Edwards is the consumate professional. For more than 12 months, she communicated with us regarding the availability of property for sale in the Colington Harbour area which would meet our criteria. When a suitable property became available, Cindy guided through the Offer process, which was doubly difficult because there were multiple offers on the property. Cindy's guidance proved true as our offer was accpeted. For reasons beyond the scope of this reference, the closing on the property was a difficult process. Cindy readily assisted us in resolving the issues - including getting Seller to agree to extension of the Due Diligence period and the Closing date. Throughout the trials and tribulations, Cindy stood by us with a smile on her face and words of encouragement. Cindy is without doubt a fantastic person and realator.
