Buyer reviewCindy was always prompt with listing information to review, properties to look at, call backs, follow up in negotiations, paperwork emailed immediately any time of day, weekend , or evening. She was diligent in requesting to get into rented properties to show us, told us about putting in a back up contract on a property that was under contract, followed up through the whole closing process making sure all documents, insurance, survey, etc were coming in. She even met with home inspector and additional roof inspector for us. Always happy to send us contact information for insurance agencies, inspectors, utilities, and so on. We could not have asked for a more efficient realtor and with a great personality to boot.!!! Cindy Edwards made this an easy purchase for us.

She performed many tasks and made many inquiries that, frankly, I don't think were really her responsibility but she took over those tasks regardless. Her knowledge of the area and Town (as well as the Town rules and regulations) were superb. We were also very pleased with every recommendation she gave us including our inspector, our pool/landscape company and settlement attorney. There was not a time that Cindy was NOT available, whether by phone or email. She is professional, smart, always accessible and gracious, just to name a few of her amazing qualities. Both my husband and I felt we really "lucked out" getting the recommendation to use Cindy. You don't often find a non-pressure, non-pushy agent who is truly there for your best interests, not their own monetary gain. Not only did Cindy assist in making this an unbelievably smooth purchase for us, but I feel I have also gained a friend.
