Buyer reviewShe came highly recommended from a trustworthy source As an older single woman i wanted someone with wisdom, sense of humor ( for when things got sticky) and someone that was really interested in my lifestyle and what worked in a home for me. Cindy took the time to get to know my lifestyle, of course she asked and listed my needs and wants in a house. She was always working from the list and never took me to some "random" house. Her communications with me were outstanding and the assistance of ensuring I understood clearly my inspections and options for negotiation only made me believe more that I could do this! Her knowledge was extremely helpful but never overbearing. At closing she gave me a notebook with a picture of my home on the front with all documents organized neatly for me to easily refer To Cindy was definitely patient even when I picked some rather questionable homes. She kindly set up appointments And met me there without question while always reminding me to take my time, don't choose to quickly as ours is a market where new properties are listed daily. The office staff always treated me as someone of value while making me feel right at home in the office and on phone calls Cindy crossed all her t's and dotted all the i's! She worked deligently when issues arrived and whenever things needs to be pushed along. Closing was smooooooth.
