Cindy was awesome! She knows the area well and could tell my wife and I what areas best fit our needs. Cindy was so nice and had knowledge on renovation and rental questions I had about the house and the local area. She is equipped with recommendations for contractors that have been helpful to me. The communication was excellent. There was never a moment where I wasn't sure what was going on. She always responded to my questions and was proactive throughout the transaction to bring it to closing. Highly recommend and will be using Cindy in the future.
