Buyer reviewDale Johnson went above and beyond what we anticipated in helping us sell our home and purchase a new home. His attention to detail in every house we looked at was extremely helpful. He pointed out both the positive and negative features of every single house in an objective manner. We grew to trust his judgement and learned from him what to look for before requesting a showing. We can't say enough positive words about Dale's character. We started the entire house selling, house hunting process almost three years ago. Dale walked through our home and told us everything we should do to prepare for showing. It took two years for us to slowly finish the suggested work and preparation. Once we were ready, it took six months of looking for a home before we found the one we love. Dale was extremely patient and kind with us especially when we became discouraged as time dragged on. Never once did he rush us while looking at a house nor did he ever try to strongly "sell" us on a house. Dale arranged to have the closing of both homes on the same day at the same title company. Friends asked us how we managed that and we gave Dale all the credit. It made that day and the closing process so enjoyable. We highly recommend his services.

Buyer reviewWe were moving to the area from out of state and only had 3 days to look at houses. Dale took us to 25 homes in those 3 days, and he helped us find a great house! He coached us through offering the right price to beat out other offers, and he did so much work to care for the inspections, paperwork, and negotiations while we were out of town. When out house was out of code and holding up the closing, Dale personally took care of the problems. Dale exceeded my expectations at every stage of purchasing out house.

Even when we found houses on zillow and asked him to show us, he always told us something that wasn't available on line. I have an anxiety disorder and he always calmed any situations and explained things until i understood. He made the process so much easier. even after our offer was accepted he helped with questions and sent documents in as soon as asked and sometimes even before asked.
