Buyer reviewHe did an excellent job of communicating with the other realtor, relating to the buyer, and provided valuable information which improved the process. Dale stayed on top of the process and if something needed addressed (timing, cost of needed work for seller, and what importance he felt for various aspects of the negotiations) he initiated the conversations and clarified important elements of the purchase price and timing of occupancy which was critical to us as the buyers. Top notch in all aspects. His work made me have a new appreciation for the value of good realtors. Dale is an excellent realtor and Bradley is a highly ethical and professional company.

Seller reviewWe sold this house out of state, using Dale Johnson to handle details of the sale in Fort Wayne Indiana while we lived in Virginia. Our parents were also in Fort Wayne, and interacted often with Dale. Dale did an excellent job in all our and my parents interactions with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.
