Seller reviewWe had 3 separate agents come to our house for appraisals. We immediately went with Dan because of his attitude and knowledge. He was extremely open and honest with us, communicative, organized, and helpful with both knowledge and emotional support. Dan helped us navigate a constantly changing market in a crazy time and keep us calm throughout it all. I wouldn't go with any other broker.

He listened to what I was looking for: the location where i was interested, the type of property that I was looking for and the price range eventually came together. He patiently sent me quite a few possibilities until I found what I thought met my requirements. Since I was sick at the time that this property came to the market, I couldn't physically see it; therefore, I asked Dan to preview the property for me; I felt confident of getting an honest opinion from him. I would definitely enroll his services again, and for sure recommend him to others.

Seller reviewDan Huber was always available to answer questions. He made sure that he addressed issues that we were unsure about and eliminated any anxiety we may have had during the process with his knowledge and expertise. The house sold in 2 days. There's not much else to say except that Dan was able to gauge what would work… and it did. I volunteer his name to anyone looking for a realtor. His knowledge and confidence is reassuring.

Buyer reviewDan Huber was always available via text/call whenever we had a question. He was extremely reassuring and adamant that we see as many houses as possible and was never a waste of his time. He was very accommodating to see houses based on our work schedules and even pushed our stuck car out of the snow :) He took the time to educate us on terminology of the offer process (appraisal gap, escalation clause, etc) way before our first offer was submitted. We had a great first time home buying experience!
