We were not local, being out of state, he showed us properties virtually and knew well enough of what we were looking for. He did not push properties that were not appropriate. When the time came to negotiate, he contacted other realtors and got much needed information. He was there for inspections and followed up as needed. He was a true asset in this home search for us. Dan was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
