I chose Dan for his knowledge of the industry and as a friend. Dan is known for being open, honest, fair, and goes out of his way to make buying a house a positive experience. My house buying was out of the norm, and I knew by contacting Dan Rike he would have recommendations and answers to assist and guide me through this process. At times it was frustrating, and seemed repetitive however, Dan ALWAYS explained why. On days I wanted to say, "Just forget it" Dan did not let me give up. He kept me going and always reminded me of the end reward. If your looking for exceptional service, honesty, hard working,positive and fun Realtor, than look no farther. Dan and Jennifer were great! I was very impressed with all the hard work they did to sell our house. They used every possible strategy to get our house out there for prospective buyers to see. They were also patient and logical when I was not, which helped us get through the process easier.

Dan went out of his way to check in with me every week on the progress being made on my purchuse. Jen and Dan worked on my bahalf with my financial entity and notified me when my attention was needed. Jen was avaiable any time I had questions regarding any of my paperwork. Dan was able to run out to the house for a last minute inspection with less than 24 hours notice. He was more than curtious. Jen and Dan made efforts to meet me at a convenient time and place of my choosing. My overall experience was very pleasent and enjoyable.
