Seller reviewOur property was not a typical listing. We all knew that before the signs went up. Once we had a buyer on the line, it took about a month to deal with several obstacles. That's where Dave was a big help and came to the plate several times dealing with each incident allowing us to finally reach a closing day. Dave has a lot of local knowledge and knows a lot of key people in the area. His office is also real close to the Burnett County Government Center. This helped a great deal as we were approaching closing. There shouldn't be any surprises for our buyers. We pretty well laid it all out and aired it out in the weeks before closing. Living out of town and having someone close to our cabin, has been a blessing. Dave is always willing to help our family, if we called him.
