Seller reviewDave knew the area and what our property was worth even if I pushed him a little higher. I soon saw that he was right and my ideas weren't going to float. We had a hard one to sell but there was a couple out there that wanted it. We just had to wait for the right one. Having never dealt with a sale of property like that, I was very pleased with all the help given to me by Dave. He talked me through all the red tape and closing went pretty flawless, I thought. He did a great job for me and would recommend him to anyone.
