Dave Joslin provided top notch, professional real estate services for my family. I trusted Dave from the first time we spoke on the phone. This move was a work relocation from California. I would be purchasing this home without ever physically stepping inside. Dave was very patient and creative by taking my wife and I on zoom tours of prospective properties. Dave is confident and has a can-do attitude. Other brokers didn't convince us that they had their act together in a way that Dave did. He hit the ground running and was always responsive, collaborative, respectful, and fun. This was a very difficult sales process, for issues that had nothing to do with Dave. Dave never backed down, stuck by us, provided excellent guidance, and was exceedingly patient and helpful through the whole process.

David was the consummate professional. He took the time to listen and was able to sell our house quickly. it was priced perfectly for the market and that was evident looking at how quickly we sold. I really couldn't have been happier David sold our house and helped us with the purchase of our new home. He made it easy, his communication with my wife and I helped alleviate a lot of the stress that typically goes with selling and buying a new home. David is a saint I am not always the most patient of people and David has more than enough patience for the two of us.
