Dave was amazing and our family will forever be grateful for his dedication and persistence in finding us our perfect house. In a crazy market, Dave was a constant reassuring and calming presence throughout. He brought knowledge of the area, expertise of the process and fabulous personal demeanor. Dave adjusted and pivoted throughout the process to better position our offers. He ultimately got us our house by using his experience and a little known detail to beat out 20 other offers. I have had the pleasure of working with Dave Joslin both as a buyer and a seller. I would highly recommend him for any real estate service needs. As a buyer, Dave was available whenever I needed him. This included appointments to see homes as well as calls back and forth with questions. He went above and beyond in finding me the right home for my needs. He handled everything efficiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable about the area he serves, the houses themselves, and the paperwork that goes into the buying and selling of a home. As a seller, Dave was expeditious with the listing of the property, marketing it, and fielding the offers. He sold my house in a matter of days. At closing, his knowledge was very apparent when he answered any questions I had and guided me through the process. He takes the worry out of buying and selling a home.
