Before I retired I was a management consultant in the medical profession. I facilitated seminars and trained staff for better "Patient Relations", therefore, I am always looking as to how a business can improve. In my humble opinion, Dave Hourigan and his staff can teach the course. I dealt with Dave several times before and as always he is extremely efficient, professional, kind, patient, understanding and if it weren't for him I would not have listed my home for sale. I am in a stressful situation and he made the transaction as smooth as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVE. If I could give him a higher rating I would. I'm not comfortable with Realtors and if it weren't for Dave and his ethics, efforts and understanding I would never have listed my home. "seamless" with no stress.

Dave did such a great job, I listed my home in Dallas with him and looking forward to him selling this property. I find Dave to be honest, knowledgeable and fair. Tells it like it is and no fluff.

Dave is an expert in the field. Constant ongoing communication. Knew how to expedite all house inspection issues and still close on time.
