Relocating from GA to MD seemed like a daunting task until we met Deanna. She was an indispensable source of knowledge and no question was too big or too small. She was flexible and accommodating in ways that we didn't think anyone would be willing to do for us. Who else makes tome for a client during Easter weekend? Deanna is devoted and committed to the successful relocation of her clients. She is quick to respond to emails, she is timely for all appointments and above all, she is as kind, patient, and understanding as anyone could hope for. Deanna makes "above and beyond" seem like they are second nature to her. She is fan-tas-tic!

Deanna Havenner guided and helped me in the process of my first "on line" purchase of a property. In particular, she prevailed in pointing out a miss-application of charges, during the sale. Her action was cost saving to me and saved corrective actions later in the sale.
