Buyer reviewIf there was an "outstanding" option I would have marked that for every one. Deb was SO thorough and paid attention to EVERY detail, even ones we hadn't considered. She was respectful of our time and our budget and wasn't offended if we arrived at a property and immediately said, "nope, not for us". She was so flexible and easy going and fun to work with. Seller reviewDeb Brown is the most competent, driven, and wonderful realtor I have ever worked with. To say that she went above and beyond while helping me sell my home is an understatement. I had a horrible experience when I first tried to sell my house in 2011. The realtor I worked with made me question using realtors altogether. Then a family friend from the Chicago area who has been a realtor for decades did some investigating and called and interviewed some realtors in Raleigh to find me one that she knew she could recommend. That's how I first met Deb! Go forward in time to when the market allowed for a quick sale of my home--in 2015 Deb was even better than she'd been in 2011. Trying to get a home in shape to put on the market from a remote location could have been very stressful, but with Deb everything was great because she handled it personally. She has a handyman she recommends, a painter, a cleaner, and a carpet cleaner, and all did amazing work for very reasonable prices. Her stager made my place look warm and welcoming even though it was empty. And Deb had my back anytime I needed it. I seriously cannot recommend Deb Brown enough!

Seller reviewI worked with Deb when I purchased my condo, when it was time to sell I knew she would be the best person for the job. I had been relocated to California a few months prior to putting my condo on the market. The condo was being renovated, but handling a remodel from 3000 miles was a challenge. Deb provided valuable feedback through the construction process and made sure it was ready to go before showing it to potential buyers. Deb knew my community, the neighborhood and with her recommendations we listed at a price we hoped would sway buyers to move quickly. I had a cash offer for listing price three days after putting my condo on the market. We had some unusual circumstances at closing with the buyers bank, but Deb kept me updated and was persistent with the buyers lawyers and bank. We closed in 30 days and I could not be more happy. I would (and have!) recommend Deb to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Raleigh market!
