Our broker was absolutely phenomenal. As a first time home buyer in our busiest work months of the year, Deb made sure we were aware of everything necessary prior to each step as well as following up at appropriate times. We never felt underprepared as well as our work schedules were impacted as little as possible thanks to Deb's perfect scheduling. She went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her. She immediately scheduled an A/C technician for the next day and When we couldn't get off work, she attended the appointment, arranged for all parts to be fixed, and summarized the entire appointment for us ensuring we were satisfied prior to closing. In general, Deb helped us be confident at each step and this was crucial for us delving into a process we were so unfamiliar with.

All of Deb's recommendations for staging the condo were right on target. Could not believe what an improvement was made for the final photos. Deb knows her job well, was professional in all aspects of our encounter, and her engaging personality just made it all fun. She was also very, very patient with us as we needed a lot of help! Hope to utilize her services in the future if we have not "worn her out".

It was by chance that I met Deb Brown, I had another agent under contract and wanted to see a certain home in the area. That other agent would not flex their schedule to allow me to see the home when I had the time to travel. As my wife and I were very interested in seeing the home, I promptly canceled the contract of that agent and called the listing agent of the home, Deb. She was very understanding and moved her schedule around within 24 hours and showed me the home. We did not end up selecting that home, but Deb worked tirelessly to help us find a home that matched our needs...which was a tough task as we were very picky.
