I had seen Debra Osborne showing properties previously in the park where I lived, I was impressed, not even knowing who she was or at that time ready to list my home. When I was ready to list sought out through friends and park board member her name and what real estate co. she represented. We talked on the phone several states apart and that clinched it for me. It was apparent to me she had my best interest at heart. It was a smooth sale and actually went much quicker than I had anticipated. All along the way Debra Osborne kept me informed and calm!! I would highly recommend her to a family or friend along with C21 Real Estate Champions. Up most professional adding warmth and caring. From our conversations I was aware that Debra was backed by a broker and staff that was there for me if need be, but was never needed. I was totally pleased with the sale of my home. Debra Osborne was professional yet a friend.

We knew her personally and got along well with her. We trusted her to be honest about our selection and to have our best interest in mind. She exceeded all of our expectations. She was great! Completely professional and we felt like she was as excited for us to find a house as we were. Really easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. The kind of person who becomes a friend by the end of this experience. She also brought a lot of construction knowledge with her. She pointed out potential problems as well as highlighted things that were really nice that we might not have considered. She was able to explain the differences in windows to us and made sure we had decent appliances and AC in our potential home. Strongly recommend her for buying a home!
