Buyer reviewWe knew her personally and got along well with her. We trusted her to be honest about our selection and to have our best interest in mind. She exceeded all of our expectations. She was great! Completely professional and we felt like she was as excited for us to find a house as we were. Really easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. The kind of person who becomes a friend by the end of this experience. She also brought a lot of construction knowledge with her. She pointed out potential problems as well as highlighted things that were really nice that we might not have considered. She was able to explain the differences in windows to us and made sure we had decent appliances and AC in our potential home. Strongly recommend her for buying a home!

Buyer reviewWe beginning the process of purchasing a home we needed someone who was knowledgeable of the area as well as someone that would make home buying a positive experience. Debra did just that. She went above and beyond to help us. When we first contacted Debra she was on vacation HOWEVER she got he ball rolling. Sent listings to us, made phone calls, set up appointments, called owners with our questions regarding properties, etc Debra Osborne is trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, very accessible and a complete joy to work with. She truly went above and beyond to provide perfect service. We bombarded her with question after question and not once did she make us feel like we were a bother. Many times she brought to our attention issues/items that we would need to think about and consider. She was a wealth of valuable information. Debra made this time in our life a joy from the beginning of the process to the end. We would (and have) recommended Debra Osborne to friends and family.
