DeLanas knowledge of the area, the properties and just being realistic about the whole process since we were first time home buyers was absolutely what we needed and wanted. She had a great lines of communication with us and was always available when I needed her. She was super helpful in helping us find a mortgage company and even contacting him to get updates so we always knew what was going on. DeLana made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Made everything super smooth and we never had any concerns about working with her.
