Seller reviewWe attempted to sell our home at a previous time but were unable to make a sale and ultimately removed our property for a later time. DeLana contacted me because she recalled our property and had a client looking for what we had. We allowed DeLana to show the property and had an offer by the end of the day. DeLana worked for both the seller and buyer and did so objectively working very hard for both parties so that everyone received their desired outcome in the process. She represented both parties fairly and impartially with efficiency and professionalism. I'd highly recommend DeLana to anyone looking to buy or sell property in this area.

She works with a very supportive group in her office, any time we needed anything she had to contact them any of them they all helped in any way they could. We were 110% satisfied with the entire buying process of our home, we honestly could not have done it without DeLana.

Buyer reviewDeLana Halbert was extraordinary. When we contacted her while still living out of state she would FaceTime with us so we could view potential properties. Anytime we had questions or concerns throughout the buying process she was instantly responsive and if she could not speak at that moment she would let us know she would call us within 2 hours and always kept her agreement. She was always in communication with us regarding inspections, where we currently stood in the process, any updates and/or items that she needed us to complete or information we needed to provide. It was the best home buying experience I could have ever asked for from such an amazing realtor. Her caring attitude and attention to detail were exactly what we needed. She constantly made sure everything was as smooth of a transition as possible, and she will always be appreciated by my family. We recommend anyone looking to sell or purchase a home that DeLana is by far the best realtor anyone could ever ask for. Thank you Century 21 for having such an amazing agent that truly loves her career and her clients. We felt like we were apart of an amazing team that was never going to let us down and who had our best interests at heart. Buyer reviewI hired Delana over the phone without ever meeting her in person. I was moving from Wa State and had never stepped foot in Louisiana. I would also be purchasing a home site unseen and knew whoever I hired would have to be my eyes and ears (no pressure). Well, she managed to get us into an amazing home, in an awesome neighborhood, for a great price! She was always available to answer all of my questions and she went above and beyond. Not only was Delana the best agent I could have asked for but she also became my first friend here in Louisiana!

Seller reviewI am a former RE Broker. I asked Steve for his best Agent. Delana was on vacation back East. I did not know it for some time. She answered her phone every time I called. I stopped calling when I realized she was on her vacation. That is what I call "customer service". I called the Broker Steve Delia and asked for his best agent. I firmly believe he did just that.
