Donna helped me find an investment property a few years ago. Her knowledge of every property we suggested was indispensable - one house I thought looked awesome but Donna told me right away it was such a deal because it was on a curve and had been hit by cars more than once! She ended up suggesting a foreclosure property, which I purchased. It immediately appraised for 10% over purchasw price and its estimated market value has grown by nearly 50% in the past 3 years. I worked with her again for my primary residence purchase, and she expertly emphasized the things you care about for a residence as compared to an investment property and went above and beyond to get me closed with as little effort as possible from me - and both purchases were remote from California!
