Buyer reviewLooking for a new home is never easy. Add in a crazy market and being from out of state, it only added that much more stress. However, Donna A Sartin was the absolute best to work with from the start! She listened to our needs and asked all the right questions to get our listing email set up. Then once we were in town, she dedicated all the time we needed and highlighted good and bad things about a house as well as local spots. Once we found something we liked, she fought for our interests and was able to get our bid accepted with all of our asks. She was highly accessible and her communication was great! She made sure that things were addressed in a timely manner right up to closing and helped to provide all of the utility, gas and cable info so we could easily get stuff set up. This business is highly dependent on relationships and you can tell that Donna has that respect and trust in the industry.

Buyer reviewDonna is the best! from the moment we met she was very friendly, reassuring and professional. I'm from Michigan relocating here for a new work opportunity I was in the process of selling my home there so I was very concern about finding a place to live here. Donna assured me that she would do whatever it took to find me a place. I met Donna over the phone in the afternoon, she asked what I liked and needed in the home I was searching for. I told Donna what my needs were and also had found seven homes on my own that I asked if she could show as soo as possible. Donna called me that evening saying that she had all seven homes set up for use to see the following day Really! I could believe it. From the start Donna treated me and my wife (back in MI) like we were her only clients that she had. Buyer reviewDonna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was definitely more interested in ensuring we were purchasing the home of our dreams than in her earning the commission. She took her time to show us several homes and shared information about the areas with us. This was particularly important to us since we were buying a home in another state from where we currently resided and didn't know the areas well. She came to our closing to ensure all went well and she has also checked on us several times since our closing to ensure everything was going well and if she could be of any additional service to us. Donnas is a true gem. I would say we lucked out that we just randomly were assigned to Donna but truly believe there was nothing random about it. She helped us find and purchase our "Forever Home" and we are truly blessed by Donna and believe we have a "forever friend" in her too.
