I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I?ve always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. I have nothing but great things to say about working with Ed. My wife and I were looking at buying our second home and really liked the idea of building a house. We were nervous going into the process because it was our first time building a home. Ed eased our worries and made the process super easy. From finding a place to build until the final inspection/closing, Ed answered our questions and walked us through the entire process. He even went out of his way to check on the building process and update us as things progressed. He communicated our needs to the builder and helped resolved a few issues that happened along the way. Ed also helped us sell our previous home and helped us plan out the details to make sure the moving process went smoothly and was stress free.
