Our process of purchasing a manor in Laguna Woods began some months before we had put our previous home on the market. Liz kept us in the email loop as manors which might interest us came on the market in Laguna Woods Village. She was ready to go when we finally put our previous home on the market, sold it and went into escrow so we could be serious lookers in the Village. We soon realized that we would need to rent a home while we remodeled the manor which we purchased in Laguna Woods, so Liz helped us during that process, too. For us,closing an escrow on one house while opening another on a new manor, and then moving into a rental home all at once was a difficult process. Liz acted as our friend, our therapist and our agent during the whole thing. Liz is warm, personable, intelligent and professional, and she has a ton of experience in this niche. We are glad to have found her.

The first day we met Liz we told her what our parameters were, she LISTENED which is a great talent for a salesperson, after fully understanding what our goals were she made it happen. Made herself available when we needed her. and went out of her way to find the correct answer to any question. Liz also has an open outgoing pleasant personality that makes doing business with her more relaxing than with some other agents and yet she remains highly professional at all times....she is a 10.

When I had a face to face interview with Elizabeth Collins, I was impressed that she came prepared to our meeting and knew so much about Laguna Woods Village. I was hoping to find a realtor that lived there so it would save time with working with HOA. During our interview, I asked for a "listing kit" from the escrow company and she obtained it immediately so I learned more about my mother-in-laws property. I liked her personality very much and felt we could work well together. It did not matter what time or day it was, if we had a question, she called us right away and did not leave us hanging. She really is an exemplary example of what a true real estate professional truly is due to her long time experience, her wonderful personality and kept in constant touch with us. Now that's impressive! Going through the escrow process was difficult for my husband simply because he (we) did not understand the process. Fortunately for us, Elizabeth Collins helped immensely getting us through the process. I do not think that any other Broker could have done the job Elizabeth Collins did for our family. I can't say enough about her demeanor, her knowledge, her professionalism. I recommended to all the neighbors at Laguna Woods Village that Elizabeth could help them with their real estate needs.
