I appreciate all of his text messages and emails that updated us throughout this process. Ethan was the perfect agent for buyers who haven't engaged in this process in over 30 years! Much has changed in the business since then and he was so patient & professional with his communication. When we contacted Ethan on very short notice on a Sunday afternoon about a house we were interested in, he immediately contacted a member of his team to show us the house that day because he was not available. That was a pivotable moment because that's the house we made an offer on & ultimately purchased.

Seller reviewEthan was excellent to work with! He handled the sale of our home in Nevada, and the purchase of our new home in Polk City. He was very knowledgeable about all of the locations that we were considering (Huxley, Polk City, Ankeny, and Nevada). He always answered emails and text messages very quickly - and there were a lot of them! I would recomment Ethan to anyone for buying or selling in Central Iowa!
