We met Eva at an open house where she was representing the seller. Eva gave us space to look through the house and also was so easy to talk to. You could tell that she had a passion for what she does and finding the perfect house for the client she was representing, just from talking to her! She gave us her card and we didn't feel any pressure to go with her, but there was something about the ease and friendliness she exuded that made it an easy choice to pick her to represent us! Being a first time home buyer we definitely needed a little more hand holding as the whole process is new to us and Eva was there for everything. We fell in love with a house and Eva knew there would be other offers coming in, plus she knows the market, so we went in with a strong offer right off the bat and she stayed close with it and let the seller know our story and really sold us as a couple - our offer was then the only one that was considered and then accepted! Our first offer in a crazy market on a house we loved - WOW! Eva then set-up our inspection, with a really nice guy Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and helped us learn a lot about the house. Eva had recommendations for local restaurants and bars and neighborhoods/location, quiet roads/busy street, it was great to have that feedback! Another thing that was great about Eva was that we talked pricing, but we never really talked about all of our must haves in a formal way, as she just talked to us and paid attention to the details we were sending her in the houses we were interested in and she knew right away what we needed. Eva was also there every step of the process no matter what time, also she kept everything moving fast, working with our lender to make sure we could close in three weeks. She also worked with Escrow as we had to get our deposit on a certain day and I work in Seattle and could not get up to drop off the check in time, so she had escrow pay to overnight it, taking all the stress off me! Top notch and stress free service is what we received from Eva. Throughout the whole process I think one of the words that describes Eva is reliable. Anything we needed at any time of day she was there. She answered endless amount of questions, whether it was txt messages, phone calls, emails you name it she was there and would promptly reply. Eva become more of a friend than an agent. She was our biggest cheerleader and knowledgeable, letting us know things before we even knew we needed to know them. She went above and beyond to make the process easy for us and we could not be more thankful that we found her! To sum up everything that has already been said, we hit the jackpot with Eva! We would recommend her to our family and friends and we will use her in our future endeavors. Even after the sale, she told us to stay in touch and let her know if we need an opinion on increasing our home value, she is always a phone call away. So impressed with her and we feel so lucky to not only have our first home, but to have worked with a such an outstanding person such as Eva.
